Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Global Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from, and how long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Savannah, GA, USA. We process every order within 1-2 business days before it’s handed to our carrier partners.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable, transparent shipping methods to fit your timeline and budget:
- Standard Expedited Shipping ($12.95 USD): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for riders who want speed and full tracking.
- Free Standard Shipping: Shipped via EMS. FREE on all orders over $50 USD. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for savvy riders planning ahead.
Note: Orders under $50 USD using the Free Standard method will have a calculated shipping fee applied at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide? Are there any restrictions?
Yes! Connecting riders globally is core to our mission. We ship to most countries worldwide. However, deliveries to some remote regions in Asia and other isolated areas may be excluded or experience longer timelines. Our checkout system will automatically verify your address for serviceability.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs authorities may charge import taxes, duties, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We declare all packages accurately as “Motorcycle Gear” with the full value to ensure smooth customs clearance.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your gear is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please refer to our full Terms of Service for detailed information.
Do your products come with a manufacturer’s warranty?
Yes. All our premium gear, including brands like SIDI and Arai, is covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty details are specific to each product and brand. Please contact us if you have a warranty-related concern.
