However, we understand that sometimes gear needs to be adjusted or returned. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same precision and rider-focused ethos that defines our brand.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Unused: Items must be in original, saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and protective materials, must be included.
  • Complete: All parts, accessories, manuals, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable) must be returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items Important

For safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Helmets (All types: Full Face, Modular, Bluetooth Integrated, Internal Sun Visor) – Due to safety regulations and hygiene concerns.
  • Helmet Accessories that come into direct contact with the head or face.
  • Opened or used protective gear where integrity may be compromised (e.g., deployed airbag systems in jackets).
  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications.
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

Note: This list is based on industry safety standards and our commitment to rider protection, consistent with our product range of high-performance motorcycle gear.

3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email our Rider-Support team at [email protected] with your request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Await Authorization & Instructions

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.

3 Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include all accessories and documents, and affix the provided return label (if applicable). Ship to our logistics center:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable service.

4 Inspection & Processing

Once received, our gear specialists will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days.
  • Exchange: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. Shipping for exchanges is free within the continental US; international exchange shipping may incur charges.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international returns, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your gear arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/video of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
