⚠️ Non-Returnable Items (For Your Safety)

Consistent with our commitment to rider protection and industry safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • All Helmets (Full Face, Modular, Bluetooth Integrated, Internal Sun Visor)
  • Helmet Accessories that contact the head or face
  • Any opened or used protective gear where integrity may be compromised (e.g., jackets with deployed airbag systems)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked at purchase)

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email our Rider-Support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide all necessary details.

Step 2: Await Authorization

We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA.

Step 3: Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item(s) in all original packaging with all accessories. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) and ship to:

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable service.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Our gear specialists will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete.

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days (depends on your bank).
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international returns, any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For size adjustments or product swaps, we will ship the replacement once the return is approved.
