• Hand & Foot Protection: Gauntlet Gloves, Heated Gloves, Boots (ADV/Touring, Dirt Bike, Dual Sport, HD & Cruiser), Heated Socks & Insoles.

We strive to display product colors, specifications, and features as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings. Product availability is subject to change.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract between us is only formed when we send a shipment confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed securely at the time of order. Your payment card will be charged upon order confirmation.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50. Via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide, with exclusions for select remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Our comprehensive Return & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in original saleable condition with all tags and packaging.
• Process: Initiate a request by emailing [email protected] within the window. An RMA number is required.
• Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Defective Items: Contact us immediately for a prepaid return label and expedited resolution.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia, USA.
